Conducted electro-physiologic measurements of EPSP produced by GLu-R-6 outside out patches adjacent to isolated amphibian hair cells active zones. Experience with cell culture techniques, whole cell and outside-out patch voltage clamp techniques, and isolated amphibian hair cell preparations.
